I live in Memphis, TN and I support a large number of Rise 1-4 Costar Cameras. Lately I have seen a significant increase in the number of cameras failing to Pan and Tilt. Is this an age problem, is it something else? I'm just curious. Also, when I send my cameras in for repair, why don't I get what was wrong with the cameras when they are returned to me?

  Not sure if you are got this addressed but if you factory default the camera it wont reset the IP assigned but make you create a new login and should fix your issue. Power cycling the device wont fix this issue.
