Issue:
When creating a Tour within ACC7 the user will encounter an error stating the name is too long prohibiting the creation of the tour within the client software.
Resolution:
To work around this issue, all Tours must be created within the cameras Web UI before being added/enrolled to the Avigilon System. This will allow ACC7 to accept the tour that was created.
