Issue:
The PoE++ injector (Model: 7412007-003) has failed. The camera will not power up. Replacing the injector with a spare resolves the issue.
Note: PoE++ injectors have a 2-year warranty. See CostarHD Limited Warranty terms
Note: Extended warranty will grant another 2 years only.
Resolution:
- Contact technical support and provide the below information.
- Serial number of the POE++ injector OR
- Copy of the PO used to purchase the PoE++ injector
