3960 Helios series | How to upload logo thru Helios Viewer software

Issue: Uploading logo through the webpage will not display.

Environment:

• 3960SD
• 3960HD

Resolution: 

Helios viewer Software must be used to upload the logo to the camera, rather than the webpage. 

1. Select the camera series you will upload the logo too in the Model drop-down list.
2. Enter IP address then press Connect.
3. Select Configuration 
   
4. Select OSD from the drop-down list.
5. Check "Logo at Top" if needed or leave it unchecked to display the logo at the bottom.
6. Check Enable Logo then the browser to the Logo that will be display image.
7. Click on Apply and Save.
   

Note:

• Logo 1: Applies to Stream 1

• Logo 2: Applies to Stream 2
• The logo is displayed on the right side of the image
• If Large fonts are used then, A logo cannot be displayed on the image. Standard font only.

File Limitations:

• The color depth for both HD/SD needs to be 24-bit
• HD: 96 x 96 pixels in size; .bmp format; required to be at the 32-pixel boundary for both length and width.
• SD: 64 x 64 pixels in size.
  • The Helios SD cameras need dimensions in 32-pixel increments. For the SD the max. is 64x64 pixels. So in 32-pixel increments, you should have 4 options:
    32x32
    32x64
    64x32
    64x64
