Environment:
- Rise 1
- Rise 2
- Rise 3
Purpose:
- To reset the menu back to Factory Default
- An additional troubleshooting step that can be used.
Option 1: (Retains current network information):
- Log in to the camera.
- Click System > Service > Factory Default.
Option 2: (All settings including networking information is erased):
- Log in to the camera.
- Click System > Service.
- Press and hold the Shift key then click Factory Default.
- The camera will revert to (IP: 192.168.2.150 SNM: 255.255.255.0 GW: 192.168.2.1)
