Why does my RISE camera default to stream 3 and the profiles are grayed out?

Problem: 
Why does my RISE camera default to stream 3 and the profiles are grayed out?

Solution:

• This is normal behavior on Rise1 cameras with Chrome, Edge and Firefox.  The webUI will display the lowest numbered MJPEG stream (Stream3 in this case) and will pull JPEGs from the camera.  If an MJPEG stream doesn't exist, the camera will create one on the fly for use with those browsers.  The Stream# will appear on the title bar of the video as is shown in the screenshot.

• IE11 with our ActiveX control will display the Profiles as well as the available Transport modes (Rise1 and Rise2 are the same here)
  
  

• Note: the Rise2 is different with Chrome, Edge and Firefox.  It will display Profiles and although the different transport modes aren't preset, you would have the option to switch Profiles in the drop-down combo box as the HTML5 player will actually be a camera profile/stream and Profiles will be available.
