Issue:
No PTZ control from TreeHaven Joystick
Equipment:
- Rise2 Series (4261-1100-0000-02)
- TreeHaven (RVS3000E)
Resolution:
- Log into the Rise2 web page and navigate to IP Protocol>Port Setting
- Enable Cohu T Port which is default at 1237.
Note: Port is only enabled when this legacy protocol is turned ON.
- Confirm on the Joystick setting, port 1237 is also used.
