Issue:
The GUI method to default a RISE camera is unavailable for whatever reason.
Resolution:
- Download and install ONVIF Device Manager: https://sourceforge.net/projects/onvifdm/
- Log in with the camera credentials on the upper left.
- Perform a search.
Note: If the camera is not detected, click on add and then enter the IP address in the URL - Click the camera > Maintenance > Hard Reset
- The camera will revert to 192.168.2.150.
